Kim & I may join you near Cleveland. We will be using our brakes and have a highly positive discount rate for hills. But maybe we can distract the puppies that are chasing you now.
Hi guys - Sametta here. Okay, I now see why Bill has continued his ride with you - rambling conversations at times bordering on disjointed; discussion of days and directions but not completely sure of either; laughter. Fits his personality perfectly! Thanks for taking care of him (i.e. feeding him). Enjoy the ride!
Enjoying the updates. Have been following from the start. Often think it would be fun to be with you, but then think of my air conditione house and decide to just follow. Have fun everyone. Eric's Aunt Nina
Way to go you guys! I absolutely love living vicariously through the blog. Hearing the difference voices both in writing and in video is so fulfilling. Yay for shampoo and butt drugs ;-)
Hi there. This is Harvey, Bill's brother-in-law from Colorado. Quite an adventure you all are on. Glad to see the group in such good spirits. I will indulge in a large pizza for all of you tonight --- can't imagine the calories you are all burning. Tell Bill that when he's done with the easy UGRR route that he will be ready to tackle some Colorado mountains. Safe cycling to Canada!
I have recently been working on a bike route that is themed after early American Industry and travels the C and O Canal, the Great Allegheney Passage, up to the Erie Canal, down the Hudson river valley, and back to DC. I call it the NationBuilders Route (google maps link). Having ridden about 70% of it personally, I can say it would be a nice trip. See blog post for more.

@Sametta -- that's one of the most accurate descriptions of us I've seen, impressive from someone who has never met most of us!
